The location here is amazing, right in the heart of the city, and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

The hotel was in a great location right by a sandy beach, bus stop, and the garden for what we wanted it for. We booked studio apartment and appreciated it. The staff was helpful and understanding and catered to our every need.

Had tidy room £ 40 with a large balcony, excellent facilities, for instance. Coffee/tea making equipment, fridges, and a cooktop worked well. The location was particularly good, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Church Ipapantis.

The staff here is really friendly and pays attention to the small things, and the rooms are clean and neat.

During my recent transit in Acharavi, I had the opportunity to stay at Nicoll. The hotel, although not my ideal choice for a long-term stay, served its purpose perfectly for a one-night stopover. Being located just 33 km from the nearest airport, it provided the much-needed convenience after a tiring journey.

The shower cabin in our apartment had the unfortunate issue of leaking, resulting in a considerable amount of water on the bathroom floor after each shower.

The location of Nicoll Apartments was perfect, just a short 3-minute walk to the beach. We loved being able to easily access the beautiful shoreline whenever we wanted. The apartment itself was cozy and comfortable, providing a nice retreat after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly helpful and gave us great advice on local bus routes and even provided us with a map for navigating the island. The communication with the hosts was excellent, making our stay hassle-free. The air conditioning in the apartment was a lifesaver, keeping us cool during the warm summer nights. We also appreciated the provision of washing up liquid and spare bin bags, making it convenient for us to maintain cleanliness. The pool next door was a nice additional amenity, providing a refreshing dip on hot afternoons.

We did encounter some minor drawbacks during our stay. The kitchen was quite small and lacking in certain necessary utensils and equipment like a big pan, salad bowl, and corkscrew.

We had a great value for our money at Nicoll Apartments. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, only a 3-minute walk to the beach. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help.

The only thing that could make the breakfast selection better is adding more variety.

The kitchen equipment in the apartment could have been better.

The apartment is very close to the beach and supermarket if you need any snacks, drinks, or food. the location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby. the host is helpful and nice. There is a nice pool if you feel like staying in. the cats in the garden are adorable. the parking is available on the street in front of the apartment. Two balconies overlooking a yard with trees and a lawn are a big plus. There is stable WiFi and functioning air conditioning. it was a relaxing stay.

Delicious food at the nearby Glyfada beach bar, just a short distance from the hotel. The mouthwatering dishes served there were so good, they could rival a five-star restaurant! Every bite was like a burst of flavor, leaving me craving for more.
